NECRODEX® - Y

NECRODEX® - Y is a Yellow Dextrin which is used as carriers for active food flavourings, spices and colorants, where rapid dissolution in water is desired. Yellow corn dextrin is also used in the encapsulation of water-insoluble flavourings and oils, replacing gum Arabic.

It can be manufactured with Different Shades in Yellow to Dark Brown.
